Huli-huli means to turn over and over, as on your grill! A long time Island favorite, Huli-Huli is a sweet, smooth soy sauce, slightly thickened, gingery, not too salty or heavy on the garlic. Makes a nice, light glaze on steaks, fish, shishkabobs or ribs. Ingredients: Soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt, sodium benzoate used as a preservative), sugar, ginger, and spices.

Hawaiian Style Rock Salt medium crystals are packed pure, clean and dry by Aloha Salt Company. Traditionally salt was harvested from ocean water evaporating on sun-baked flat lands near the sea. Because of the high iron content in volcanic rock, old-time Hawaiian salt had a slightly reddish hue. A pinch of Hawaiian Style Rock Salt is just right for your next lau laus, poke, kalua pork or poi.
